Hello,
my name is Max and I’m an 8 yr old Shih Tzu. Age is really just a
state of mind you know. I don’t act like an 8 yr old at all.
Before being rescued I spent my life in a small wire cage so I never
had a chance to be a “true” puppy – until now, this is my chance and the
puppy in me is really starting to show! I love playing with other
dogs, and I have a little Shih Tzu prance that all the volunteers
adore. Come and see me and I will show it to you. Boy do I love
people, especially the ones that come into my kennel to visit me, I get
so excited that once they sit down I jump in their lap in a heart beat!
I
would love to have a fenced yard to prance around in and a nice sofa to
lounge on after all that prancing. I suffered from dry eye and the vet
helped my eyes feel so much better. I would love to have someone to
sleep with and to scratch my itches. Oh, did I mention how much I LOVE
my behind being scratched? It feels so good! Honestly, I’m an awesome
guy and I’ve been waiting for a forever home for a very long time, please won’t you consider adding me to your family?
